Kids Kraze is Eagle Creek Church’s VBS — a high-energy summer kids event packed with games, worship, Bible stories, and fun, held this year July 14–16 at the Lee’s Summit campus (125 SE Stuart Rd). VBS stands for “Vacation Bible School,” a decades-old church tradition of summer programming where kids play hard and learn about Jesus.
Think of the best parts of EKids (Eagle Creek’s Sunday kids ministry) turned up for summer: over-the-top games, kids worship, interactive Bible teaching, and small-group fun — led by the same background-checked volunteers who serve kids year-round.
The details parents want:
- Ages: kids ages 4 through those entering 6th grade
- Time: 9:00–11:30am each day
- Cost: free
- Registration: required, but easy — register anytime leading up to the event, or just walk in and register at the door
Registration and details are on the church calendar — find the Kids Kraze event at Eagle Creek’s event page, or call the church office at (816) 246-5005.
No — Kids Kraze is for the whole community. It’s one of the easiest first touches with Eagle Creek: your kids get a blast of a summer week, and you get to see how the church cares for children before ever attending a service.
Yes — the same safety standards as every Eagle Creek kid’s environment: background-checked volunteers, at least two screened adults or teens with kids at all times, secure check-in and pick-up, and a safety team on site. Full details in “How Does Eagle Creek Church Keep Kids Safe?”
Volunteers and the church’s Kingdom Builders fund, which provides scholarships so cost is never the reason a kid misses out.
Summer memories, real friendships, and Jesus — that’s Kids Kraze. We’d love to see your kids there July 14–16!
